Aspen Midstream

Aspen Midstream is an independent energy company launched in 2017 to fill strategic voids in the North American midstream sector. The company offers a full-service portfolio of midstream solutions, including natural gas gathering, processing, compression and treating; condensate stabilization and vapor recovery; crude oil gathering and terminaling.

Candor Midstream

Candor Midstream owns and operates the SCOOP-to-North-Texas Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System, which consists of approximately 100 miles of 20-inch rich gas gathering pipeline that originates in northern Carter County, Oklahoma, and extends south across the Oklahoma-Texas border before it terminates at processing facilities located at the market center in Bridgeport, Texas.

Cardinal Midstream III

Cardinal Midstream III is a midstream company that provides oil and gas producers with a complete array of midstream services including natural gas gathering and transmission, natural gas processing, crude oil gathering, centralized compression facilities, condensate stabilization, vapor recovery and natural gas treating. In addition to Cardinal’s headquarters in Dallas, the company also has offices in Kingwood, Texas, and Mustang, Oklahoma.

Cogent Midstream

Cogent Midstream provides a full complement of tailored midstream services designed to create efficiencies and value for the Midland Basin's leading producers. Services include natural gas gathering, compression and processing; and crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and third-party condensate stabilization.

Edgewater Midstream

Edgewater Midstream was formed in late 2019 to provide independent midstream solutions to refiners, producers and marketers of crude oil, refined products and other bulk liquids. Based in Houston, the company will focus on the acquisition, development and operation of pipeline and terminal solutions between and in proximity to major North American petroleum trading hubs and demand centers.

Evolution Midstream

Evolution Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company founded in 2015 offering flexible alternatives to the standard gathering and processing service. Evolution helps streamline operations and reduce post-production costs by providing or overseeing any or all services for oil and natural gas producers, including natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering, transportation and storage; condensate stabilization, NGL fractionation and marketing; and produced water disposal.

Greenfield Midstream

Greenfield Midstream is focused on the value-driven development of midstream infrastructure across North America. Services include natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering and transportation; water handling; and product marketing. Greenfield is pursuing select acquisition opportunities.

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II is an independent energy company that provides a full suite of midstream services to oil and gas producers across North America, with a focus on South and West Texas. Headquartered in San Antonio, Ironwood II is led by a team of seasoned industry professionals who together have more than 110 years of experience in the energy industry.

Lotus Midstream

Lotus Midstream is an independent energy company established in early 2018 focused on crude oil gathering, transportation, terminaling and storage. The company operates the largest crude oil gathering system in the Permian, providing customers with market optionality to the Gulf Coast and Cushing hubs.

Moda Midstream

Rangeland Energy III

Rangeland Energy III was formed in July 2015 to pursue midstream opportunities in resource plays across North America, targeting crude oil logistics opportunities and leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in the Bakken Shale and the Delaware Basin.

Based in San Antonio and founded in 2015, Stakeholder Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company serving producers operating in unconventional shale plays across North America. Tatanka Midstream was formed in 2020 to focus on acquiring and building midstream assets in North America.
