Aspen Midstream is a Dallas, Texas-based midstream company primarily focused on the development of natural gas gathering, treating, processing, and transportation assets. Aspen’s Austin Chalk system currently spans Fayette, Washington, Austin and Waller counties in Texas.

Brazos Midstream is a full-service, private midstream company that provides innovative solutions across the midstream value chain to producer customers in the Permian Basin.

Candor Midstream owns and operates the SCOOP-to-North-Texas Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System, which originates in northern Carter County, Oklahoma, and extends south across the Oklahoma-Texas border before it terminates at processing facilities located in Bridgeport, Texas. Its strategic location in the heart of Oklahoma’s SCOOP play provides regional producers with an immediate outlet to premium processing markets in north Texas, bolstering producer economics. The pipeline is managed internally by members of the team at EnCap Flatrock Midstream.

Cardinal Midstream Partners is an independent midstream company formed in 2022 to focus on the acquisition and development of natural gas gathering and processing opportunities, as well as congruent carbon capture and sequestration. 

Clearfork Midstream is a Fort Worth, Texas-based midstream company primarily focused on the development of natural gas gathering, treating, and transportation assets in the Haynesville/Bossier shale. In February 2022, Clearfork acquired Azure Midstream Energy, which consists of natural gas gathering and treating assets that span across the core areas of the Haynesville Shale formation.

Edgewater Midstream is a Houston, Texas-based midstream company focused on the development of U.S. crude oil and refined products midstream assets. Edgewater's strategy is to leverage their relationships and experience to build a premier midstream service company focused on crude oil and refined products terminalling, transportation, storage, and related assets.

Greenfield Midstream is an independent energy company formed in 2017 and focused on the value-driven development of midstream infrastructure across North America. Greenfield offers natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering and transportation; water handling; and product marketing.

In January 2018 Greenfield established Black Diamond Gathering, LLC, a joint venture with Chevron to provide crude oil gathering and storage services to producers in the Denver Julesberg Basin.

Iron Horse Midstream provides oil and gas producers with a complete array of midstream services including natural gas gathering and transmission, natural gas processing, crude oil gathering, centralized compression facilities, condensate stabilization, vapor recovery and natural gas treating. In addition to Iron Horse’s headquarters in Dallas, the company operates in the SCOOP/STACK/Merge with a field office in Mustang, Oklahoma.

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II is an independent energy company that provides a full suite of midstream services to oil and gas producers across North America, with a focus on South and West Texas. Headquartered in San Antonio, Ironwood II is led by a team of seasoned industry professionals who together have more than 110 years of experience in the energy industry.

In early December 2019, Ironwood II acquired midstream assets located in South Texas from Twin Eagle Gardendale Pipeline, LLC, a subsidiary of Twin Eagle Holdings N.A., LLC (“Twin Eagle”). In November 2021, Ironwood expanded its crude oil footprint in the Eagle Ford through an asset combination with Nuevo Midstream Dos. Ironwood now manages the Nuevo Dos assets.

Manchester Energy is an energy-focused private entity formed to acquire, integrate, and build a large scale, diversified energy platform.  The company is led by a seasoned team of energy industry executives with extensive experience across the energy value chain.

Moda Midstream II is a highly experienced midstream terminaling and logistics company providing independent terminal, storage and distribution solutions to refiners, petrochemical manufacturers, marketers and producers of crude oil, condensate, NGLs, refined products and other bulk liquids.

In November 2021, EFM portfolio company Ironwood Midstream assumed management of the Nuevo Dos assets through an asset combination. Nuevo Dos’ former President and CEO Randy Ziebarth now sits on the Ironwood board. 

Nuevo Midstream Dos was a Houston-based energy company formed in 2015 to design, build and operate world-class midstream systems and deliver superior service to oil and gas producers across North America. Nuevo Dos pursued organic and strategic acquisition opportunities across North America. In March 2019, Nuevo Dos announced the purchase of Republic Midstream, LLC, which owned and operated a crude oil gathering, storage and intermediate transportation system in the Eagle Ford Shale consisting of approximately 100 miles of gathering pipeline feeding a central delivery point with 300,000 barrels of crude oil storage and a six-bay truck station.

Plains owns and operates an extensive network of pipelines and key midstream infrastructure across North America.

Rangeland Midstream Canada was formed in April 2022 to continue their pursuit of midstream acquisitions and development opportunities in both conventional and unconventional resource plays across Canada, as well as new opportunities in decarbonized infrastructure.

Stakeholder Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company based in San Antonio and founded in 2015 to serve producers operating in unconventional shale plays across North America. Current capabilities include in-field natural gas gathering, compression, treating and processing services; innovative NGL solutions; and crude oil gathering, transportation and storage.

Stakeholder's operations currently are focused in the Permian Basin of West Texas and southeast New Mexico.
