Edgewater Midstream, LLC announced it has secured an initial capital commitment of $400 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and the Edgewater management team. Edgewater was formed in late 2019 to provide independent midstream logistics solutions to refiners, producers and marketers of crude oil, refined products and other bulk liquids. The company will focus on the acquisition, development and operation of pipeline and terminal solutions between and in proximity to major North American petroleum trading hubs and demand centers.

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II announced it has closed on the previously announced acquisition of midstream assets located in South Texas.
Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners announced the formation of Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, LLC. The company is supported by an initial capital commitment of $400 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and management. Ironwood II is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Ironwood II is pursuing greenfield projects and acquisition opportunities, with a focus on opportunities in Texas.
Liquids terminaling and logistics provider Moda Midstream, LLC announced it has commenced deliveries of storage tanks to customers from its 10 million barrel expansion at the Moda Ingleside Energy Center in Ingleside, Texas. To date, Moda has delivered 2.4 million barrels of new storage capacity ahead of schedule and has combined total storage of approximately 4.4 million barrels at MIEC and the Moda Taft Terminal. Moda expects to deliver half of the 10 million barrels of expansion tankage to customers and will have total capacity of approximately 7 million barrels by the end of 2019.
Centurion Pipeline L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lotus Midstream, LLC, announced a binding open season to solicit shipper commitments for a proposed crude oil pipeline from Midland, Texas, to Crane, Texas. The Augustus Pipeline will connect Centurion’s existing Midland Terminal, which currently has approximately 2 million barrels of storage capacity, to multiple long-haul pipelines originating at Crane.
Rangeland Midstream Canada, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rangeland Energy III LLC, announced it has commenced the construction of its Marten Hills Pipeline System. The system consists of new crude oil and condensate pipelines located in the Marten Hills region of north central Alberta.
Candor Midstream, LLC  announced today that its SCOOP-to-North-Texas (“SCOOP-NORTHTX”) Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System is open for commercial service. Recognizing pipeline constraints within the SCOOP, Candor purchased the system in January 2019. To best serve producers, Candor made multiple upgrades to the pipeline system and has successfully completed comprehensive hydrostatic testing to certify its safe return to commercial service. 
Noble Midstream Partners LP and Greenfield Midstream LLC  provided a commercial and business development update for its Black Diamond Gathering LLC  joint venture. Black Diamond provides crude oil gathering and storage services to producers in the Denver Julesburg Basin.​
Rangeland Midstream Canada, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rangeland Energy III LLC, announced its plans to design, construct and operate new crude oil and condensate pipelines located in the Marten Hills region of north central Alberta. 
Cogent Midstream announced it will construct an approximately 25-mile pipeline that will deliver residue gas from its Big Lake Natural Gas Processing Complex located in Reagan County in the Midland Basin of West Texas to Kinder Morgan’s Gulf Coast Express Pipeline.
Nuevo Midstream Dos, LLC announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners to purchase Republic Midstream, LLC . Republic Midstream owns and operates a crude oil gathering, storage and intermediate transportation system in the Eagle Ford Shale. The transaction is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2019.
ExxonMobil, Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., and Lotus Midstream, LLC announced they have formed the Wink to Webster Pipeline LLC Joint Venture and have ordered nearly 650 miles of domestically sourced 36-inch-diameter line pipe. The new common-carrier pipeline system will provide more than 1 million barrels per day of crude oil and condensate capacity and will be constructed from the Permian Basin in West Texas to the Texas Gulf Coast.​
Clear Creek Midstream, LLC today announced an initial venture capital commitment of $300 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Headquartered in Houston and established in late 2018, Clear Creek is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Clear Creek is pursuing organic, greenfield projects and select acquisition opportunities.​
Liquids terminaling and logistics provider Moda Midstream, LLC announced it has successfully commissioned upgrades to Berth 2A at the Moda Ingleside Energy Center in Ingleside, Texas, to enable loading of very large crude carriers. Moda developed these upgrades to provide existing and potential customers the ability to safely and cost-effectively load VLCCs at rates of up to 80,000 barrels per hour.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream Promotes Sam Pitts to Managing Partner

EnCap Flatrock Midstream announced the promotion of Sam Pitts to managing partner. Mr. Pitts joins Managing Partners Bill Waldrip, Billy Lemmons, Dennis Jaggi, Dave Kurtz and Greg King in the leadership and management of the firm. 
Aspen Midstream, LLC today announced the company is constructing a large diameter residue pipeline and both a lean and a rich gas gathering system in the Austin Chalk play in Texas. Aspen’s Austin Chalk System is located in the Giddings Field. 
Lotus Midstream LLC has agreed to participate in a joint venture previously announced by ExxonMobil and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., to construct a pipeline to transport crude oil and condensate from the Permian Basin to Texas Gulf Coast markets. The parties expect to form the joint venture before the end of the year.
Evolution Midstream, LLC, a leading provider of flexible midstream and ancillary services to oil and gas producers, announced that it has broken ground on its Jewell Facility, a natural gas processing plant in Converse County, Wyoming in the heart of the Powder River Basin (PRB).
Crude oil logistics provider Getka Energy LLC announced it has closed on the purchase of the former Pacer Energy Terminal located in Cushing, Oklahoma. The 28-acre property houses crude oil storage tanks and several LACT units. The terminal is connected to Enterprise Products’ Cushing Terminal via pipeline.
