Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Tall Oak Midstream II, LLC was founded in 2015 by a team of experienced executives with diverse and complementary backgrounds across the midstream and upstream sectors. The Tall Oak team is dedicated to creating customer-driven companies that operate with excellence as the standard and innovation as a requirement. The company provides oil and gas producers a full suite of midstream services.
The Tall Oak Midcon System spans four Oklahoma counties: Alfalfa, Woods, Major and Blaine. Current assets include more than 600 miles of low- and high-pressure gathering pipeline, the Eagle Chief Gas Processing Plant with approximately 35 MMcf/d processing capacity, and the Carmen Cryogenic Processing with a capacity of 60 MMcf/d. The Tall Oak team is also pursuing greenfield and acquisition opportunities in other basins across North America.
In January 2016, Tall Oak Midstream I sold substantially off of its Oklahoma assets to a subsidiary of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:ENLK) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE:ENLC) (together "EnLink") for $1.55 billion. Tall Oak I focused its operations in the Mid-Continent, where the company developed and expanded two natural gas gathering and processing systems: the Tall Oak CNOW System and the Tall Oak STACK system. The company also developed a crude oil system to serve producers in the STACK play.
